Lucinda Kay Mershon, a resident of Sulphur was born August 21, 1951 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Bon and Florence (Hawkins) Stout. She passed away Saturday April 3, 2021 at Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years 7 months and 12 days. Kay grew up in Ada, Oklahoma before moving to Sulphur. She had worked at several jobs; including food services with the Chickasaw Nation. Kay was a member of Hickory Hills Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 36 years: Gene McKinnon: her son: Mark Mershon, 2 brothers: David & Don Stout, sister: Carol Stout, niece: Reba Hernandez, great-nephew: Shane Williamson. Survived by her Daughter, Joretta Mershon, of Sulphur, OK Brother & sister-in-law, Herman & Evelyn Stout, of Farmington, N.M Sister & brother-in-law, Christine & Osburn Roberts, of Coalgate, OK 6 grandchildren: Shallen Mershon, Anthony Mershon, Alonso Mershon, Trent Mershon, Matt Mershon, Drake Mershon. Nephew: Steven Stout. ake Services Thursday 5pm to 8pm at Chapel Crossway Baptist Church Services will be held Friday April 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Crossway Baptist Church officiated by Rev.
