Frederick Orr ( Fred) Smith, a resident of Stratford was born September 13, 1946 in Felt, Oklahoma to George Elwood & Mary (Doop) Smith. He passed away Monday January 10, 2022 at Stratford, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years 3 months and 27 days. He was married to Darlene (Moore) Smith at Pampa, Texas on September 24, 1988. He grew up in the Felt area, graduated from Felt High School. Fred had lived in this aera for over 30 years. He had worked as a mechanic. He was preceded in death by parents; son: Daniel Tolbert; 4 siblings. Survived by his Wife: Darlene Smith, of Stratford, OK Daughter: Theresa Hardee, of Muskogee, OK Son;, Jim Johnson & Amanda, of Rio Rancho, NM Frederick Orr Smith & Kandace, of Tishomingo, OK Joseph Elwood Smith & Alisha, of Stratford, OK David Tolbert, 12 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, FAMILY WILL RECEIVE VISITORS THURSDAY JANUARY 13 FROM 5PM TO 7PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME. Pallbearers will be Jes Smith, Butch Smith, Steven Johnson, Joseph Smith, Andy Tolbert, and Nick Tolbert. Services will be held Friday January 14, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Compassion Church in Stratford,OK officiated by Rev Sean McKinney.
