Kaye Lynn Speerbrecher

Kaye Lynn (Sharp) Speerbrecher, left this life on December 16, 2020 at the age of 69. Kaye was born to James Sharp and Lucretia Teter (Clouse) Sharp on November 25, 1951 in Dinuba, California. Kaye married Raymond Speerbrecher in Wynnewood, Ok on March 30, 1989. She owned and operated Kaye's Kiddie Jungle for 35 years. Kaye loved her family more than anything. She enjoyed big meals and family gatherings that brought the family together. Kaye was very artist and creative and owned and operated a ceramic shop and taught oil painting classes for many years. Kaye enjoyed gardening and water ponds and was an active member for many years with numerous gardening clubs. Kaye could build or make anything with her hands and until her health started failing you would often find her in her art room. Kaye’s greatest joy came from her children and grandchildren. Kaye loved watching all of her children compete in school events and she never failed to let you know she was a Savage fan. Kaye also loved The Sooners and traveled to the Orange Bowl and Cotton Bowl as often as she could. Kaye enjoyed her 35 years owning the day care center. Kaye watched well over 500 children over the 35 years and loved each and every one of them. She worked along side her sister and best friend Gay Lindsey. Kaye was preceded in death by her parents; James and Lucretia Sharp. Left to cherish her memory is her husband; Raymond Speerbrecher of the home, her daughter; Christy Ledford and husband Matt of Arkadelphia, AR, her sons; Jamie Williamson and wife Kelsey of Wynnewood, OK, Phil Blankenship and wife Mandy of Wynnewood, OK, Shannon Speerbrecher and wife Andrea of Texas, and Johnny Ray Speerbrecher of Texas. Her 12 grandchildren; Cierra, Kelby, Kaleb, Nash, Carter, Lincoln, Evan, Faylee, Breana, Emmy, and Tyler. Her 6 great-grandchildren; Rielyn, Reagan, Ryker, Remington, Renly and Addie. Her brothers; Tommy Sharp and wife Debbie of Wynnewood, OK, Bud Sharp and wife Pat of Wynnewood, OK; and her sister, Gay Lindsey. Services for Kaye will be held Monday December 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the 1st Baptist Church in Wynnewood OK. Interment will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood, OK. Viewing will be Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 1 PM to 5 PM at the DeArman Funeral Home in Wynnewood, OK.
