Earl was born in Hickory to Grover and Minnie Reagan. He grew up in Sulphur, graduated from Sulphur High School. Lived in Biloxi, Mississippi before moving back to Sulphur in the early 1990's. He had worked as a machinist before his retirement.... View Obituary & Service Information
