DeLois "Dee" Allen-Fry

DeLois (Dee) Allen Fry, of Ravia, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at the age of 90. She was born on March 13, 1934 at home just North of Mannsville near the Norton Bridge, to Percilla Ann (Williford) and Dillard Lee Coffman. Dee was better known as Bunch to her many friends. She loved her friends and family dearly, but there was no secret to her love for animals and working hands. She grew up in the Norton Bend area and attended both Mannsville and Dickson schools before graduating from Russett in 1952. After graduation, she went to work for the FBI in Washington, D.C. where she met and married Sgt. Charles Allen Sr., they had one son, Charles Allen Jr. Shortley after, Charles was deployed to Germany where they lived for a couple of years. They divorced in 1956 and she and Charlie Ray returned to the states and lived in Dallas. She married Lee Fry in 1964. Dee worked 28 years for Dow Printing and then became partners at Custom Graphics for 20 years and fully retired to Ravia in 2003. She enjoyed staying busy teaching local kids how to work, loved volunteering at the community center, visiting the elderly, working outside, and driving everyone around. Dee was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star and The Social Order of the Beauceant. Dee is preceded in death by her parents, Percilla and Dillard Coffman; siblings, James Hubert, William Lewis and Willie Fay Coffman; husband, Lee Fry; son, Charles Allen Jr.; stepson, Don Fry; and step grandson, Jeff Faulker. Those she leaves behind to cherish her memories are her daughter in law, Denise Allen of Ravia; honorary son, Billy Grizzle and wife Julie of Laguna Park; step daughter, Sharon Faulker and husband John of Dallas; step daughter, Linda Hartley of Ada; grandson, Charles Allen II; granddaughter, Aszra Wingfield and husband Kevin; step grandchildren, Tom, Chris, Deanna, Mary, Eddy, Kevin, Jason, Kelly, Beth, Angela and Candace; great granddaughters, Deryn, Ryann, Zara and Zella; one great grandson, Zeppelin as well as step great grandchildren, Kristen, Lauren, Elyse, Noble, Wyatt, Audrey, Dylan, Liz, Alex, Logan, Brayden, Dakota, Katie and many other loved ones who will deeply miss her. A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Dee Fry will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 28, 2024 at DeArman-Clark Funeral Home in Tishomingo with Ernest Gilbert to officiate.
